My name is Jazzmine Colbert and this is how I got here; I had struggled in my past with depression and came to a point where I knew I needed to make a change. My idea of success had always been happiness. I thought if I were truly happy in life I would be as rich as could be. So I began my pursuit. I practiced yoga and eventually enrolled in yoga teacher training at Heart and Soul Yoga. I met so many like-minded people and learned some wonderful lessons. One of the most impactful was how happy it made me to get my body moving and leave my ego at the door. The community I was surrounded with was amazing and opened my eyes to many other homeopathic remedies and practices. Through this practice and many conversations with my mother, I found another avenue to achieving happiness not only for myself but others as well. This was Hypnotherapy, and after some research, I enrolled in classes with CreateYourDreams and began learning some very helpful techniques that can help people overcome traumas, phobias, addictions, and even weight management. This journey feels like it has just begun, though I am grateful to have learned all of this priceless information and look forward to sharing it. To help others achieve happiness in their body and minds is my goal.
